Award winning Smart Recruitment recently took to the airwaves when Nick Graff of the Yeovil branch and Helen Stacey, Director of Smart Recruitment, joined Somerset's Orchard FM to help the public with their recruitment issues.
This innovative move allowed both prospective candidates and local companies to gain insight into how the recruitment industry works, as well as providing them with direct contact with Smart's recruitment specialists.
Helen and Nick were overwhelmed by the huge response they received from the phone-in by Orchard FM's audience and answered questions on a variety of aspects including, how recruitment agencies choose the right candidate to put forward to potential employers and techniques for finding employment.
The response from Orchard's listeners did not end with the show, as Nick returned to Smart Recruitment office in Yeovil to find a plethora of brand new CVs from prospective candidates, Nick commented, "The response we had to the show was fantastic, being on Orchard FM was definitely fruitful, both for ourselves and potential clients and candidates alike.'
